Home-made Frappiccinos! | a recipe

Homemade Frappiccinos
 Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (more to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Method:
Brew your espresso or coffee and place in the refrigerator until cold, about an hour or so. Add the remaining ingredients and stir or shake well (if using a bottle). Taste and adjust the ratio of milk, syrup, etc. Keep going until you love it. Enjoy!

(since our yearly supply of maple syrup is gone, I used
xylitol dissolved in milk, and added the desired amount. You could use sugar if wanted but, I'm suremaple syrup would be better...and healthier!)

I saw this recipe...a while ago, and was REALLY interested! So, I finally decided to make it and LOVE IT! :) I don't care for it to be completely chilled, but that's just my preference.

Enjoy!
