In The Kitchen: Home-Made Reeces Peanut Butter Cups

I think almost every girl *loves* chocolate, so I decided to post the "recipe" on my blog.

What you'll need:

  • A handful of milk chocolate chips
  • A teaspoon of peanut butter
  • A paper cup-cake holder.
  • A freezer

1) So, what you'll need to do first is to put your chocolate chips in the microwave from 30 second time periods until the chocolate is melted. *DO NOT BURN YOUR CHOCOLATE*

2) Put half the chocolate in the bottom of the paper cupcake holder.

3) Put a bit of peanut butter in the center of your chocolate, and *spread it* around.

4) Now, put the other half of your chocolate ontop of the peanutbutter/chocolate and make sure it covers everything..

5) Put it in the freezer, and let it harden,

6) Enjoy!

No, no, no, no, no, no, no!!!! Don't do this to me - *faints*

Okay, that's it - I'm going downstairs pronto and making myself one.

Kara - how - could - you!?!?!

Okay, I forgive you, because the recipe really is a stroke of brilliance (did you make it up?)

Floppethy, well I had made little peaunutbutter/chocolate mixed together, but then m'dear Mum said I should make a reeces cup...so I kinda just...made up the recipe as I went along.

BTW, if you want the peanut butter to be sweetened, just add a bit of powdered sugar to it.

Kara, These are better, much better, than the store-bought ones! I absolutely love them. Thank you for making them for me!

My dear Kara, how kind and thoughtful of you to post such a recipe. It prompted my sister to pull out the peanut butter jar and treat her worthy siblings to a delicious dessert.

Many thanks.

Bailey - what a fib. :) I do believe I was the one who made them without any hinting from you. ;)

Yes, they turned out wonderful!!
