Raspberry Pie!

Hey, all of you cooking friends, it's raspberry season and with the season comes rspberry pie. Mmmm, it's really good. So, I thought I would give you all a recipe for a "heavenly" pie. Here it is!

Raspberry Glaze Pie
1 quart berries
1 cup of Water
1 cup of Sugar
3 Tblsp. Cornstarch (or permaflo or something that jells)
1 - 3 oz. Cream Cheese.

Simmer 1 cup. of berries and 2/3 cup. of water for about 3 mins. Blend sugar, cornstarch and remaining 1/3 cup of water. Add to boiling mixture. Boil for 1 min. stirring constantly. Cool.

Spread cream cheese over the bottom of the cooled baked pie shell. *save 1/2 cup. of berries* Put remaining 2. 1/2 cups of berries in the pie crust shell and pour the jelled mixture over the berries. Arrange the saved 1/2 cup of berries over the pie. Refrigerate. Top with sweetened whip cream.

Start with getting ALL your ingredients. (In pic. all but the cr. cheese is present)
Make sure your working area is clean. :)

Wash the berries of any dirt or bugs

Combine your Water and Berries, to simmer.

Add your jell mixture to your berries and water
