Baked Apple French Toast :D Mmmmm

Here is a recipe my Aunt Megan sent me, so hope you all can try it! Enjoy!

Baked Apple French Toast

I just made this last weekend and it was so good! I used English muffin bread, but any bread would work (cinnamon bread would be tasty).

5 C bread cubes
4 eggs
1 1/2 C milk
2 T brown sugar
2 T white sugar
1/4 t salt
3 apples, peeled and cubed
1 t vanilla
1 t cinnamon

Preheat to 350. Spray an 8x8 pan.

In a large bowl beat eggs, milk, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in bread cubes and apple cubes and let sit for 10 min. Stir, then pour into baking pan. Spring white sugar and cinnamon on the top. Bake 45 to 50 min. covered. Can uncover for a few min. at the end.

Serve with maple syrup

A Perfect Cup of Tea

A cup of tea can do absolutely WONDERS for a person..If the right kind, that tastes good...etc.

To "spice up" a cup of tea, here is a little tip that will make your cup of tea like none other.  After you  have made your cup of tea, pour in some rich cream, as much as you desire, and walah! A calming, cup of tea on a brisk fall morning that will cheer you up right away!
