In the Kitchen: Clara's No-bake Bars

*Sighs* these bars are SOOO good, and I urge you to try them. :)) Enjoy!

Clara's Unbaked Bars

Line a butters 9x13" pan w/whole graham crackers. Combine and boil for 10 minutes:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
 1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (6 crackers)
pinch salt

Spread this mixture on top of crackers in pan. Place another layer of crackers
on top of this filling. Let cool slightly. Frost with:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tblsp. Cream or milk
5 Tblsp. Softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Store in fridge.
